Garment Construction

This unisex bomber jacket is cut from a premium stretch polyester twill at the outer shell, lined with a 100% polyester taffeta across the body, sleeves and inside tape. Front Embroidery Composition

Front embroidery centres on two symmetrical mechanical-skull fragment compositions set on the left and right front panels, layered in light-blue + black + white + light-grey thread. Back Embroidery Composition

Back embroidery features a full-back skull-and-mechanical composition centred on the back panel, layered in deep-blue + light-blue + black + white + dark-grey + light-grey thread. The composition is positioned 3 inches below the back neck centre, with a wide lightning-flame spread extending to the lower-back hem to anchor the print on the full back panel.

Two-Tone Rib Trim

The collar, cuffs and hem are finished with a 2×2 rib knit in a black-white-black colour block, top-stitched with a twin-needle cover-stitch for a flat, durable trim. The rib trim contrasts against the black outer shell to set a clean silhouette line at the jacket opening and sleeve openings.

Side Pocket Construction

Lining and Inside Tape

The body and sleeves are lined with a 100% polyester taffeta for a smooth next-to-skin finish. The inside tape at the front closure is set in the same taffeta to maintain a continuous lining surface, with bartack reinforcement at the tape junctions for a clean interior finish.

Stitching and Reinforcement

Polyester thread throughout with 40/2 top and bottom thread, contrast top-stitching at the rib trim junctions, chain-stitched seams at the side seams and bartack reinforcement at the pocket welt corners, embroidery stitch ends and front closure tape ends for a wash-stable finish.

Sizing and Fit

Eight-size block runs from 2XS to 2XL with full grading across 9 measurement points (chest, hem, body length, sleeve length, sleeve opening, collar height, collar width, front neck drop, neck circumference). The bomber silhouette supports men and women with proportional grading on the body length and sleeve length.

Packaging and Handling

Each garment is folded three times with the front facing up and packed into a frosted EVA zip-lock bag with an anti-suffocation hole at the bag seam. Single garment per bag; ten bags are bundled into one carton. Carton weight is held between 12 and 21.5 kg to avoid over-weight freight surcharge; the carton is sealed without staples or external strapping to meet the export standard.

Customisation Notes

Embroidery programmes with colour gradients require a multi-thread colour setup; alternative skull programmes can be developed with an artwork reference at the enquiry stage. Bulk-order custom embroidery requires a thread colour reference list shared at the enquiry stage.
