My name is Cindy Sun, founder of Bizarre Sports.
More than 20 years ago, I entered the garment export industry with a simple belief: great products and sincere service can change a business, a team, and sometimes even a life.
Before starting Bizarre Sports, I spent four years working for one of Asia’s leading OEM manufacturers of ski gloves and winter accessories. With over 2,000 employees and a highly structured management system, it was an environment where quality was never negotiable.
What influenced me most was not the factory’s size, but its culture.
The Taiwanese management team taught me that excellence is built through countless small details. Every stitch, every fabric choice, every production process mattered. Their relentless pursuit of quality became one of the foundations of who I am today as an entrepreneur.
In 2006, I made a life-changing decision.
I left the security of a large corporation and started my own company.
At that time, I noticed a common problem in the apparel manufacturing industry: many factories focused only on large-volume orders while small and medium-sized businesses struggled to receive attention, communication, and reliable service.
I believed there was a better way.
I wanted to build a company where every customer mattered—whether they were ordering 50 pieces or 50,000 pieces.
That vision became Bizarre Sportswear.
Today, Bizarre Sports is a trusted custom sportswear manufacturer and OEM sportswear supplier serving brands, teams, events, distributors, and organizations across North America, Europe, Australia, and beyond.

As a female founder, I have spent the past two decades building expertise across every aspect of the sportswear business—from sales and marketing to quality control, sourcing, production management, and global supply chain operations.
This hands-on experience allows me to understand the challenges our customers face and provide practical solutions that help their businesses grow.

People often ask about the name “Bizarre.”
The name carries a special meaning.
In Chinese culture, the character represented by “B” symbolizes competition—the courage to challenge yourself. The letter “Z” represents the pioneer, the first person willing to explore new possibilities.
Together, they reflect a spirit that has guided our company from day one:
