Front Graphic Programme

Seven-size block runs from S to 4XL with full grading across 12 measurement points (waist, hip, hem, waistband height, outseam, inseam, front rise, back rise, pocket opening, pocket cloth width, pocket cloth length, drawcord length). Unisex fit supports men and women with proportional grading on the rise and inseam.

Packaging and Handling

Each garment is folded three times with the front facing up and packed into a frosted EVA zip-lock bag; ten bags are bundled into one carton. Carton weight is held between 12 and 21.5 kg to avoid over-weight freight surcharge; a barcode sticker is applied to the upper-left front of each individual bag for warehouse scan traceability.

Base fabric is supplied pre-printed by the mill, so each print variant requires a separate base-fabric dye lot; lead time and minimum dye lot should be confirmed at the enquiry stage when introducing a custom print programme outside the six-stock variant set.
