Some announcements are worth making with a little extra excitement. This is one of them: Bizarre Sports has moved into a new facility — and it's a milestone we've been working toward for a long time.
Since 2009, we've helped sportswear brands and retailers bring their designs to life through OEM and ODM manufacturing. Over 17 years, our business grew from a small workshop into a full-scale production partner. And this year, our space finally caught up with our ambition.
Growth, plain and simple. More customers, more orders, more styles — our old workshop had served us well, but it had reached its limits.
The move wasn't about size alone. It was about building an environment where quality, speed, and customer experience could all improve at once. Every corner of the new facility was planned with that in mind.
A Larger, Cleaner Production Floor — The new workshop gives our production lines room to breathe: wider aisles, better lighting, and a cleaner layout that keeps everything in order. A well-organized floor means fewer mistakes, faster workflows, and consistent quality across every order.
Dedicated Cutting & Sewing Zones — Cutting, sewing, and finishing now have their own clearly separated zones. Clear division of space means clearer responsibilities, smoother handoffs between processes, and a safer working environment for our team.
Organized Fabric & Material Storage — Our fabric warehouse is now sorted by category and color, so we can locate any material in minutes instead of hours. Faster material turnaround directly shortens your production lead time.
A Dedicated Sampling Room — Sampling is where every project starts, so it deserves its own space. Our new sampling room means your samples are handled faster and with more focus, helping you lock in designs and move to production sooner.
An Independent QC Zone — Quality control now has a dedicated, distraction-free zone. Every piece is inspected against your specifications before packing, because "good enough" has never been our standard.
A Proper Showroom & Reception Area — When you visit us, you should feel at home. Our new showroom displays our capabilities by category, and the reception area is ready to welcome you with a cup of tea (or coffee) and a conversation about your next collection.
