Looking Back at 2025 A Founder’s Reflection on Building Slowly and Honestly

As I look back on 2025, there isn’t much that feels worth “highlighting” as an achievement.

There were no dramatic breakthroughs.
No overnight success stories.
Just day after day, quietly doing what needed to be done.

Entrepreneurship, Reimagined: Not a Sprint, But a Slow Walk.

Over the years, entrepreneurship has felt less like a sprint and more like walking a very long, very slow road. One step at a time. Sometimes a little faster, sometimes slower — but never stopping.

A Distant Dream, Rediscovered in Small Ways

When I was younger, I once had different dreams.
I wanted to be a journalist. I wanted to observe the world, to record what I saw, and to write honestly about it.

That dream feels distant now, so distant that I rarely even mention it.

Yet, in a strange and meaningful way, I found a small space for myself through our company’s public writing. Here, I don’t chase algorithms or carefully package stories. I simply write what I think, what I feel, and what I experience.

Perhaps that is what makes this space different from many others.

We don’t have a large following, and our influence is modest.
But we’ve always chosen to stay true to ourselves.

The Non-Negotiable: Integrity Over Speed

Throughout these years of building a business, I’ve never deceived anyone — not suppliers, and not customers. Business can grow slowly. Profits can be smaller. But integrity is something you don’t compromise.

The Quiet “Win” That Matters Most

If there is one thing that feels truly “worth it,” it is being able to provide my family with a basic sense of security. Especially my mother, who has no pension and no safety net. Knowing she can feel a little more at ease matters deeply to me.

Like a Snail: Steady, Unimpressive, Unwavering

Many days, I feel like a snail.
Not fast.
Not impressive.
Just moving steadily in one direction.

As for where the road leads next, or what 2026 will bring — I don’t feel the need to place grand expectations on it.

A New Year: Simple Reminders for Myself (and You)

So, at the start of a new year, this is what I want to say — to you, and to myself:

Don’t be afraid to move slowly.
As long as you are moving.
As long as you are being honest.

That is already enough.
